What you see at checkout is what you pay, no surprise shipping fees added.

MADE TO ORDER

All products are made to order by our partner Tapstitch after you order. We do not hold pre-made inventory.

Processing times: 2–5 business days (3–7 during sales/holidays).

TRANSIT TIMES AFTER PRODUCTION

• USA: 3–6 business days
• Canada: 6–12 business days
• Worldwide: 8–15 business days

TRACKING & FULFILLMENT

Your tracking email will come from Tapstitch.

Where we ship from: Tapstitch has facilities in the USA, EU, and Mexico and will fulfill from the closest facility to you.

CUSTOMS

For international orders, customs duties / VAT may still apply and are the responsibility of the customer, as we cannot pre-pay those.

DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or weather events. If your tracking has not updated in 10 business days, please contact support@threadsofkaos.com.
